Tianjin Lovol Engines Co., Ltd. occupied the land of 88,000m2, workshop occupied 26,000m2, seven modernized production lines have been purchased from the UK, the USA, Germany, France, etc., and the production base for 60,000 sets of diesel engines has been established.
The engines of Lovol Engines brand being produced and sold by Lovol Engines are classical engines with European origin and modern leading technology, which are designed and developed by taken British Perkins’ manufacturing experience and technology of leading in the world for more than seventy years, aiming at the demands of global engine field. Lovol engines are high-tech engine products with powerful dynamic force, environmental protection, fuel-saving and fine manufacture, which come down in one continuous line of European technology. Currently, main products of the company include two series of Lovol Feichi and Lovol 1000, more than 80 varieties, more than 200 kinds of products, power range of the products is in 42~170KW, speed range is 1500～2800rpm, these products can be used as a dynamic force of the equipments, such as trucks, passenger cars, agricultural machines, construction machinery, loading/unloading machinery, generating sets, and so on.
Lovol Engines takes idea about operation of optimum products and service quality, has established perfect after-sale service system at home, set up 12 regional market departments, more than 500 appointed service stations and more than 30 fitting-part distributors. Clients can be offered overall service including technical support, after-sale service, timely supply of spare parts, and so on.
At present, new factory project of Lovol Engines has been listed into one of the 20 new major industrial projects of Tianjin. Total amount of investment for this project in aspects of product development, investment in factory building, equipment investment, technical center laboratory, etc. will exceed 2 billion yuan. It is estimated that by 2015, the output and sales volume for engine products of Lovol Engines will reach 380,000 sets, of which approaching 200,000 sets will be exported to overseas market. Power system development for intelligent construction machinery of Lovol Engines, and industrialization project will also be listed into one of the 20 major projects of autonomous innovation industrialization of Tianjin, currently, this project has been started.
Looking back the flourishing year of 2007, both output and sales volume created new high point: in 2007, the sales income in the whole year reached 716 million yuan, an increase of 58% as compared with the same period of last year; output in the whole year reached 35827 sets, an increase of 57.3%; sales volume of the whole year reached 33901 sets, an increase of 54.3%. The gross industrial output value of Lovol Engines Company in January 2008 reached 92.37 million yuan, an increase of 110.03% as compared with the same period of last year; industrial added-value reached 29.629 million yuan, an increase of 172.6%; output reached 4427 sets, an increase of 116.48%; sales volume reached 3974 sets, an increase of 78.93%.

With the gradual execution of strategic adjustment of the company, the change-over work for the company’s name and LOGO starts synchronistically and rapidly, former “Tianjin Perkins” has been upgraded to “Lovol Engines” all-sidely. During this change-over work: a series of works has been completed, such as industrial and commercial registration and share right variation, change of company’s name, etc. Management document, system document and technical document related to this brand changeover have been changed over completely, of which technical drawings concerned include 7000 sheets in paper version, 3000 sheets in electronic version, 11 copies of technical documents totaled in 11250 pages, as well as a lot of management documents and forms. VI System: the change-over work for all VI project with more than 1000 items has been completed, including office and administration, environment system inside factory area.
