Tianjin Lovol engines Co. Ltd. passed the CCAP product certification in June 2005.
Tianjin Lovol engines Co. Ltd. passed the CCAP product certification of Chinese Motor Certification Center in June 2005, and gained it in 15th July.
Quality policy: Establish top-ranking quality and pursue the satisfaction of the customers.
Quality object: Our company will achieve the following object in three years:

1. Establish the quality management system with the standard of ISO/TS16949: 2002, and ensure it persisting and effective.
2. Customer satisfaction >=90%
3. Quality loss<= 2%
4. Reliability targets meet or exceed following:
1. Failure rate<= 4%
2. Average working time until the first failure of engine >= 750hours
3. Rate of the major quality accidents is zero.

Quality promises:
We make the following promises to customers:

1. Carry out according to the quality manual.
2. Reject the behavior of disobeying the quality policy and object and do punishment for that.
3. Forbid the unqualified products out of the factory.
4. Solve the quality problems customers bring forward in limited times. 

The quality department of the company collects all quality information every month to gather and analyze, keep completing our quality control system with the method of persisting idea improvement and P-D-C-A to upgrade the quality of Lovol’s engines and perusing perfection.
